Casio Cdp 100 Midi Driver For Mac

There's not really any such thing as 'incompatible' MIDI - MIDI is a standard, if your devices both support MIDI, they can talk (exactly what they can talk about may vary, depending on the gear, but that's a different issue).
Does your Casio have a MIDI out, or is it USB MIDI? If it's USB, perhaps they do not include a Mac USB driver and the device is not class-complient? If so, it's not a MIDI incompatibility, it's USB one.
If it's MIDI, perhaps you do not have a MIDI interface, which will be required as Mac's don't come built in with MIDI ports - if so, the Midiman should work fine, as long as it is advertised as being Mac-compatible.
